Located near the highway, the social housing is creating a shared community with sustainable outdoor spaces shared by the neighbors. The townhouse with an outdoor area is nice and pleasant in north European countries so the form is designed to be terrace like forms which could enable each apartment will have an outdoor deck. Buildings are designed to step down to the green space in the huddled garden where varous activities could happen.
Our concept is to create open space for the residents in the housing. So we decide to break the grid of the volumn and make it an open space in the transition area.
