The Peaks & Villa T

The Peaks is located in the central commercial area of Berlin suburban, with apartments located on both sides of the building. I was in charge of the conceptual design and model making process. The model was selected to display for the conceptual exhibition and was bought by our customers for 1000 Euros.​

Villa-T is also in Berlin rural area. It is a modern housing architecture with high-tech furnitures designed inside. A swimming pool is also located inside the building on the ground floor.

Hunter's Point

Hunter's Point is heavily polluted now and seeking a new method for regional planning and architecture design. Through site analysis and stage strategy generation, my teammate and I proposed for a method to build rail tracks step by step and introduce cranes inside to remove polluted soil inside the factory craved from the mountain to get them cleaned. Special architecture types are also explored in this project to deal with various pollution on site.

There are two types of special architecture explored on site. "POD" and "FACADE STRUCTURE".

POD has permeate material as its facade outside which could filter poisonous air to help clean up the site. It also has structures inside the facade that provides a livable space for people who live inside.

​When doing site research, we find that there are lots of existing buildings on site which could be take advantage of. FACADE STRUCTURE takes use of the existing building structures onsite as their facade and build post-n-beam structure inside to hold prefabricated units that could be inserted inside by the cranes working on the rail tracks.
