Film video and light art public institution for a private film enthusiast and artist Yang Fudong. A light, porous building with multiple openings, windows, vistas and decks encourages interior and exterior interaction. Blurred boundary of interior and exterior is explored in the project.

This was my first design project during my frst year in graduate school. Lot's of challenges during the process as I was trying to explore what is architecture and what is design. Although I have tons of ideas in my mind, I was limited by the skills to represent and communicate. With unlimited trying procedure days and nights, I finally get the ideal concept. The elegant form and inerior/exterior design concept was well received during the final presentation. Although it was my first architecture project, it is the one that I like most.
