Unlike traditional, one-size-fits-all approach content marketing tools, in which most of them serve to limit creativity with CMS templates, marketing automation platforms, landing page builders, etc. Ceros Studio provides the power to create experiential content that is purposefully designed to create an immersive experience for its consumers through combination of interactions, animations, embedded media, and storytelling. It encourages active participation to form memorable, emotional connections between the consumer and the brand.
It is flexible and collaborative, unlocking creativity for digital marketing.
After joining Ceros, for the first half year, as the UX owner of the team, our goal is all about to upgrade Ceros Studio into an amazing product.
The product achieved the increase of 20% gross renewal in 2018, and 44% increase in ARR in Q4, 2018. All those exciting data is closely related to the amazing product we devoted ourselves into.
As a content marketing creation platform, Ceros customers are relying heavily on Photoshop for graphic design before they get into ceros to do content marketing piece. The process is not smooth enough which has been our major goal to achieve.
The team came back with a solid documentation of user needs and a board full of design inspirations. However, now we're facing the question of: How do we map users need to product features? What does it even mean when users say: "I would like to spend more time in one platform"?
We were resorting the interview data with the users into the format that helps with bridging the gap between user needs and features in the following categories, it also helps us to prioritize the features and product roadmap.
When designing a tool for designers, there are certain industry standards we'll have to meet which will meet users’ expectations. We need to be smart and strategic to deliver reasonable and useful tools that could make their experience with Ceros Studio better.
Our tool features inside the platform makes sure everyone can seamlessly make immersive digital experience and be creative. AND, I'm glad my design is HELPFUL!
